Our Admission Procedure

We are thrilled that you are considering our Montessori school for your child’s education. Our admission process is designed to ensure that we find the best fit for your family and provide a smooth transition into our school community. Here are the steps involved: 

1. Tour School

We invite you to schedule a personal tour of our school to experience the unique Montessori environment firsthand. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore Our Classrooms: See our thoughtfully prepared classrooms designed to foster independence, creativity, and exploration.
  • Meet Our Educators: Interact with our dedicated and experienced Montessori educators who are passionate about guiding each child’s learning journey.
  • Observe Our Learning Philosophy: Witness our child-centered approach in action as you observe students engaged in hands-on activities and collaborative learning.
  • Ask Questions: Get answers to any questions you may have about our curriculum, teaching methods, and community.

2. Application Form Filling

Once you have completed your tour and decided to proceed, the next step is to fill out our application form. This form collects important information about your child and your family. You can either request a physical copy of the application form during your tour, or request the application form in fillable PDF format by sending an email to [email protected].

3. Deposit

To secure your child’s place at our school, a non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance. This deposit will be applied toward your child’s tuition fees. Detailed information about tuition and fees will be provided during this process.

A child will only be considered accepted when all forms and payments are submitted.

  1. A copy of the applicant’s Immunization Record
  2. A completed Registration Package
  3. Registration Fee (dated time of enrolment)
  4. Last month’s non-refundable deposit (dated time of enrolment)

Methods Of Payment

Option 1 - One Full Payment
  • 10 months of fees due in whole at the time of enrollment for the academic period of September to June along with the registration fee and the Enrollment Application.
  • A 5% discount is applicable on total fees if tuition is received in whole (cash or check) at the time of enrollment.  A 5% sibling discount will not be applicable in this case.
Option 2 - Monthly Payments by Post-Dated Cheque

The following will be required at the time of enrollment:

  • Last month (June) along with a one-time Registration Fee and Administrative Fee at the time of the registration
  • 9 post-dated checks for the first day of every month from August till April
